Trina is a Registered Holistic Nutrition Practitioner & Certified Live Blood Analyst practicing in the online space and in-house at her private practice located in Burlington, ON. Trina works with individuals to improve their overall health by identifying and addressing the root causes of issues such as hormonal imbalances, weight fluctuations, digestive concerns, and chronic fatigue.

We currently live in a very polluted environment where we are all being bombarded by toxins on a daily basis that impacts our healthy in so many negative ways; some symptoms include persistent fatigue, chronic headaches, allergies, unexplained weight gain, sleep disturbances, hormonal imbalances, candida overgrowth and the list goes on.

People tend to equate nutritionists as “that person who gives you a food plan to follow”. Food absolutely plays a crucial role in optimal health but in ridding your body of harmful toxins we do dig deeper to really get at the root cause of your health concerns. Trina thoroughly analyzes her clients lifestyle, diets and past illnesses in order to personalize the most effective protocol to improve their overall state of health.

  • If you have Blue Cross, Claim Assure, Desjardins, Manulife, Sunlife Group, Greenshield, and Alberta Blue Cross reimbursement may be available. It is always recommended that you check with your specific insurance provider to inquire about coverage for nutrition counselling/ nutrition services. I do provide invoices for my services, including my registered CAIN # that you can submit for reimbursement if applicable. Additionally, some employers offer wellness programs that may cover nutrition counselling as part of their benefits package.

  • Yes! Our sessions are held over Zoom video calls, allowing me to work with clients all over the world.

  • (Very soon) Once I am certified as a holistic health and nutrition practitioner, I will be registered with several labs that will allow me to order functional and integrative tests for my clients. Stay tuned!
